About the event
This is our first chapter fundraiser! We will be selling a selection of native plants and trellises. And we will be sharing the love of native plants by putting in a sunny native garden for River & Roots in thanks for hosting our sale! Come by to purchase some natives for your garden and to put one in the ground on-site.
Native plants are locally-grown by chapter members. They will sell for $3, $4 and $5 - depending on plant size and maturity. Plants available will include: Partridge Pea, Blue Vervain, Swamp Sunflower, Sneezeweed, Black-eyed Susan, Joe Pye Weed, New England Aster, Ironweed, Blazing Star Liatris, Blue Mistflower and more.
If you are interested in donating some of your own plants for our sale, please email us at centralrappvnps@gmail.com and we will arrange pick-up.
